What this website collects
This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking software, and it does not set marketing cookies.
The enquiry form on this site does not store anything on the website. When you submit it, your browser composes a WhatsApp message containing the details you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us. Nothing is written to a database here, and no copy is retained by the website.
This means the message travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as this notice. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can contact us by telephone or email instead.
What we do with your enquiry
We use the information you send to assess which MM2H category may fit your circumstances and to reply to you. If you go on to instruct us, the information becomes part of your application file and may be shared with the Malaysian authorities as the application process requires, including the One Stop Centre MM2H and the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Third-party services used by this site
- Cloudflare — serves and protects this website. Your IP address is visible to Cloudflare as part of delivering the page.
- Google Fonts — the site’s typeface is requested from Google’s servers, which makes your IP address visible to Google. We intend to self-host these fonts to remove that request.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — only if you choose to send an enquiry or message us through it.
- Google Maps — only if you click the link to view our office location.
Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and in certain circumstances ask us to stop processing it. Write to us at the address or email above and we will respond.
