- Submit Application with completed documents to us for submission to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Arts (MOTAC) HQ Office, Putrajaya.

- The Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Arts (MOTAC) will review your application and documentation. Approximately around 3 to 6 months from the submission of a complete application to receiving approval. However, it is important to stay in touch with us, your preferred agent for the current updates and accurate information as delays may occur.
- Receive Approval
- Visa will issue depends on the duration validity of your MM2H Multi-Entry Permit. Up to 20 years renewable basis.
- Relocate to Malaysia
- After approval, you can make arrangements to move to Malaysia. You’ll need to open a local bank account and deposit the required amount of money which is required to be maintained in Malaysia as a part of the MM2H requirements.
- Report regularly
- The applicant may need to be reported to the Immigration Office Authorities annually or biennially.
